| 摘 要： | WTO的加入对我国的民法理念、法律制度既会带来挑战也会创造机遇,我国应以此为契机,促进现代民法理念在中国社会的复兴,并使法律规范符合国际惯例。但同时也要权衡民事立法的本土意识。
