| 摘 要： | 本文对仲裁程序中追加第三人以及合并仲裁的问题 ,结合国外有关立法及我国目前实践做法 ,进行了深入分析 ,论述了仲裁中追加第三人及合并仲裁的限制条件 ,并对《中国海事仲裁委员会仲裁规则》的修改提出了相应的建议。
