| Abstract: | The history, development and actuality of procuratorial work, deepening of procuratorial reform and the epoch require the innovation of procuratorial theory. To innovate in the procuratorial theory, the idea of development together with the time should be persevered in and several points should be properly managed as follows: (1) the relation of succeeding, developing and reference; (2) the relation of study on basic theory and application theory; (3) the relation of innovation and Marxist juridical method. |
