当前公安保密工作面临的问题与对策

随着科学技术的迅猛发展、信息技术的广泛应用和世界一体化、经济全球化趋势的日益明显,公安保密工作面临着严峻的挑战：境内外敌对势力加紧对我进行窃密活动;一些公安机关的领导和公安民警存在和平麻痹思想、缺乏信息化条件下保密工作的基本知识,保密技术比较落后。为此,必须坚持＂严格管理、严密防范、确保安全、方便工作＂的原则,通过开展保密教育和检查、完善保密法制、加强保密队伍和保密技术建设、制定应急预案、查处泄密事件、打击窃密活动等途径和方法,确保公安秘密的安全。
