| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,随着中国社会整体转型速度的渐次加快和社会主义市场经济的深度发展,我国社区建设经历了不同发展阶段并取得巨大成就。当前,我国社区建设呈现出五个方面的发展趋向,即社区发展将呈现渐次推进的梯度格局,政府将由直接参与、推动转为引导、协助社区建设,社区自治组织和民间组织的能力和作用将得到进一步的增强,社区居民将由"被动参与"转变为"主动参与"社区建设,社区服务将进入以提高服务质量和水平为主的内涵发展阶段。

| Abstract: | Since reform and opening up, with the speed of the overall transformation of Chinese society gradually accelerated and the depth of the development of the socialist market economy, China＇s community building has undergone various stages of development and made great achievements. At present, Chinese community building has shown five aspects of development trends, namely： community development will show a gradient pattern of gradually advancing, the Government will shift from directly involved in community building to guide and assist, the community organizations will be further enhanced, community residents will be involved in changing ＂ passive＂ to ＂ active＂ participation, community service will be entered improve service quality stage of development. |
