论宪法对企业经济发展的保护

我国宪法为企业经济的发展提供相应的规范依据，这些依据包括相应的方针政策、企业和公民享有相关的权利和自由，国家立法权力界限和必须遵循的法治原则。这些规定无疑是企业发展的有利夺件。但是，宪法上的这些规定，还没有得到认真贯彻执行，因此，要使宪法上有利于企业经济发展的政策、权利自由、权力界限和法治原则落到实处，必须建立健全可行的违宪违法审查制度。

On Constitutional Protection of the Development of Enterprises'''' Economy

China Constitution provides some norms to develop enterprises' economy.They include the related policies,some rights and freedom entitled to citizens and enterprises,the extent and scope of legislative power and the principles of the rule of law abided by state organs.These norms are beneficial to enterprises' development.These provisions,however,have not been implemented strictly.In China,we must establish a feasible constitutional review system in order to implement the above norms of Constitution in relation to the development of enterprises' economy.
