| 摘 要： | 笔者认为科学发展观是我党关于中国特色社会主义现代化事业发展的重大理念创新,蕴含着体现时代气息的发展哲学意境,发展科学内容和科学实践精神。科学发展观不但将创新我们的发展思路和机制,而且将整新我们民族的思维方式,提升我们民族的科学精神。
