| Abstract: | In today's financial globalization society,both economists and law scholars are actively involved in the study of bank bankruptcy issue.The theory of bank bankruptcy law arising in such a background will naturally be great influential to interpretation of the institutional arrangement of bank crisis and bank bankruptcy,understanding of the present movement of bankruptcy,strengthening of legislation for bank bankruptcy,and clarifying of some obscure theories. |
