| Abstract: | Play the functions of prosecutor,investigate and deal with the duty-related crimes occurred in the people around them,which directly aggrieve the interests of farmers,is to maintain social harmony and stability for the prosecution. The paper discussed the characteristics, causes and countermeasures of the agriculture-related crimes investigated and dealt with in recent years. |
