| 摘 要： | 高职法学教育是法学教育的重要组成部分,是以素质教育为中心的多元化的人才培养模式。我国的高职法学教育起步晚、时间短,还没有形成系统的成熟的经验和模式,并存在一些模糊认识。据此,实践中我们需要做一些探索和创新。
