| 摘 要： | 作为大陆法系起源与根基的罗马法,其所倡导的法学思想仍然对大陆法系国家的地下空间立法产生了深远的影响。追本溯源,从罗马法出发,探寻大陆法系国家地下空间权制度构建的模式,结合我国现状,为我国城市地下空间权制度之构建提出可行的建议。

Trace to its source, based on the construction of civil law system＇s underground space legislation and China＇s actuality, we can find some feasible suggestions for the construction of Chinese urban underground space legislation. |
