| Abstract: | As one of the forefront of public governance theory, theory of executive power and local government policy in order to study holistic governance ＂coordination＂ as the fundamental governance mechanism has some appropriate line. In this paper, holistic governance theory as an analytical tool, and sketched out a new idea for a holistic governance theory as an analytical framework for local government policy execution promotion. |
