| 摘 要： | 我国有关于黑社会性质组织犯罪的研究经历了长期的演变而日臻成熟,近些年来更是加大了对黑社会性质组织犯罪的打击力度。然而,对此类犯罪的立法规定仍然有很大的不足,亟需完善,因此,对黑社会性质组织犯罪本身的研究就显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | Our country has experienced a long evolution process about the underworld property organization crime and has become more and more nature, in recent years our country has increased crackdown to the underworld property organization crime. Otherwise, there are still a lot of shortcomings to this kind of crime legislation and need to be improved. So the study of the underworld property organization crime itself is particularly important. |
