| Abstract: | N. Korea carried out a fund-absorbed policy in the economic and trade cooperation with foreign countries in 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. At present, it is actively establishing foreign relations with all the countries of the world so as to find a way out of an isolated position, import foreign funds, promote its economic development. |
