| Abstract: | Our party clearly puts forward the policy that building the ecological civilization,forming industrial structure,growth mode and consumption mode which saving resources and energy and protecting ecological environment in report to the seventeenth national congress of the communist party.Taking building the ecological civilization as development goal,it shows that we have recognized significance that harmony between human and nature to full development of men and society |
