| 摘 要： | 目前,学校德育面临着巨大的挑战。如何面对挑战,改变德育实效性长期低下的状况,是必须研究的重大课题。提高德育实效性的基本思路是立足德育需求,增加德育的有效供给,使德育供给在内容、方式、方法、时机等方面符合学生的德育需求。
