| 摘 要： | 本文运用SWOT分析法对中国-东盟自由贸易区（CAFTA）背景下中国企业投资东盟国家农业所面临的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行系统分析，在此基础上，从政府层面提出要搞好服务平台建设、加大资金支持力度、构建企业对外投资风险保障体系，以及从企业层面提出要慎选投资国家及农业投资领域、做好可行性研究、利用华商资源、加大人才培养力度等对策建议。
