中韩安全关系的现状及前景展望

中韩建交15年来,在传统安全和非传统安全领域均建立了良好的合作关系,为两国关系的全面发展发挥了积极作用。但是,由于复杂的历史和现实原因,两国安全关系的发展还相当缓慢,远远落后于两国政治、经济关系的发展。展望未来,由于中韩已经建立了"全面合作伙伴关系",两国安全关系的发展潜力巨大,可望从建立军方高层会谈机制、军事教育交流机制、互相观察演习及进一步加强非传统安全领域的合作等多个层面,全面推进两国安全关系的深化发展。

The Status and Prospects of China-ROK Security Relations

15 years after establishing diplomatic relations,China and the Republic of Korea(ROK) have cooperated well in the traditional and non-traditional security fields,which have played a positive role in advancing overall relations of the two countries.However,the development of security relations is much slower than tieir political and economic relations because of the complicated historical reasons and real problems.Looking into the future,the potential to improve their security relations is great since the two countries have already established "comprehensive cooperative partnership".The Sino-Korean security relations is expected to deepen by establishing the mechanism of highlevel military talks and exchanges in military training and education,sending observers for exercises and cooperating in non-traditional security fields at different levels.
