| Abstract: | Combining the activity of studying and practicing scientific developing concept, taking ＂ serve teaching training, serve teachers and serve students＂ as the aim, inspecting the existing problems of gym administration, this article puts forward new mechanism of constructing training gym guarantee, so as to improve gym administration and teaching guarantee level. |
