| 摘 要： | 构建和谐警院是公安院校落实构建和谐社会精神的具体表现。构建和谐警院应体现以人为本的原则,以人为本的核心是坚持以学生为主体,关注学生成长成才,使学生管理与学生成才达到和谐统一。构建和谐警院,要求对学生思想政治工作必须突出以学生为本,必须重视校园文化的育人功能,必须帮助问题学生解决实际问题,必须与学生的心理健康咨询同步开展。
