能源效率及其与经济系统关系的再认识

介绍了能源效率的概念、内涵及其测度性问题；从结构异质性和要素替代性视角，应用全要素生产率核算方法分析了能源效率与经济系统、能源与经济增长的关系。能源效率的内涵在于所消耗的能源量对于维持或促进整个经济、社会和环境系统可持续发展的贡献量。在能源经济系统研究和政策制定中，需要考虑到能源与其它生产要素之间、以及各类能源之间的不完全替代性。

A Further Understanding on Energy Efficiency and Its Relation with Economic System

This paper introduces the concept, connotation and measurement issues of energy efficiency. From the perspectives of structure heterogeneity and factor substitution, it investigates the relationships between energy efficiency and economic system, energy and economic growth by using total factor productivity accounting approach. The connotation of energy efficiency is the contributions to economic, social and environment sustainable development by consumed energy. In energy economic system research, it is necessary to consider the imperfect substitution among energy, other production factors and various energies.
