Investigation and discussion on the human resource management in rural credit cooperative agency

This paper has an analysis on the current situation of human resources in rural credit cooperative agency. Then, from human resource management aspect falling behind rural credit cooperative agency, this paper has analyzed the causes of the problems existing in current human resources of rural credit cooperative agency. Based on these, this paper has brought forward countermeasures of human resource management in rural credit cooperative agency.
