| 摘 要： | 我国古代监察机构历经各个朝代的演变和不断完善 ,已经形成了一个严密的组织体系 ,通过梳理古代监察机构的演变过程 ,从中寻求历史的教训和经验 ,并借此分析监察组织建设的一般特点 ,这对我国当前行政监察组织的法治建设具有很强的现实意义。

| Abstract: | After evolution and continual improvement over many dynasties, the ancient supervisory organs of our country have formed into a compact organizational system. It is of great reality significance for the construction of rule by law in current supervisory organizations over administration in our country to refer to the evolution course of ancient supervisory organs, seek historical lessons and experiences from it, and analyze the general characteristics of supervisory organization construction. |
