| 摘 要： | 改革和完善中国共产党的领导方式和执政方式,对推进社会主义民主政治建设,具有全局性作用.坚持依法执政,实施党对国家和社会的领导,不断提高依法执政的能力,必须改革和完善党的执政方式,把党的执政方式纳入法治化轨道.本文对党的执政方式法治化的基本内涵、主要内容和基本思路作了初步探讨.

| Abstract: | It has function of overall importance to reform and perfect the style of leadership and ruling style of the Communist Party of China in advancing socialist democratic politics construction. Insist on controlling political power according to law, implement the leadership to the country and society of party, improve the ability to control political power according to law constantly, the ruling style must reform and perfect the party, bring ruling style of the party within the track of ruling by law. This text explores the basic intension, main content and basic train of thought of the ruling style. |
