| 摘 要： | 近年来,律师权利保障问题日益受到司法机关及社会各界的关注。然而,检察环节下律师权利保障仍然存在很多不容忽视的问题,在一定程度上影响了犯罪嫌疑人辩护权的行使,也使诉讼公正难以实现。为了使这一情况得到解决,笔者对检察环节下的律师权利保障问题作以理性分析并提出相关对策,形成此文。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the protection of the rights of lawyers is increasingly concerned by the judiciary and the community.However,there are still a lot of problems that can not be ignored on the protection of the rights of lawyers under the procuratorial link.In a certain extent,it affected the exercise of the right to defend criminal suspects,and made it hard to achieve the proceedings just.To solve this situation,the author made a rational analysis on the protection of the rights of lawyers under the procuratorial link and put forward related countermeasures. |
