| 摘 要： | 学校是学生学习生活的主要场所,校园事故屡屡发生,学校赔偿责任纠纷不断。学校和学生之间的关系应是一种法定的教育、管理、保护和被教育、管理、保护的关系,校园事故中学校责任承担应适用一般过错责任归责原则。

| Abstract: | A school is the principal place where students study and live.Accidents frequently occur on campus and the disputes about school's responsibility appear unceasingly.The relation between the school and the students should be the one between the educator and the educated,the supervisor and the supervised,the protector and the protected.The assuming of the school's liability in the accidents on campus should resort to the principle of general liability for fault. |
