| 摘 要： | 跨国公司在全球经济一体化进程中,地位和作用日益重要.跨国公司社会责任不同于一般意义上的公司社会责任,是指为维护其他相关者利益而对跨国公司逐利行为的一种约束.它有其自身特殊的实施机制,主要包括自愿履行和法律规制两方面.

| Abstract: | The transnational enterprises play a significant role increasingly during the process the global integration of economy.The corporate social responsibility(CSR) of the transnational enterprises behaves other than the one in a common context.So does its enforcements.The unique implementation mechanisms of transnational enterprises mainly include the voluntary and non-voluntary mechanisms.At last,this article also presents some pragmatic legal advice on China's CSR,in particular,on China's CSR implementation mechanism accordingly. |
