| 摘 要： | 腐败犯罪推定规则设置的初衷和价值追求,是严厉打击腐败犯罪。我国关于腐败犯罪推定规则的规定极度缺失,有必要借鉴国外特别是《联合国反腐败公约》有关腐败犯罪推定规则的规定,从实体层面和程序层面构建腐败犯罪推定规则,以适应对腐败犯罪追诉的基本要求。

| Abstract: | The intention and values of presumption rules of corruption are to crack down on the crime of corruption.As the presumption rules about the crime of corruption in our country have not been set up,it is necessary to learn from foreign countries,especially from the UN Anti-Corruption Convention about the rules of presumption in order to adapt to the basic requirements of criminal prosecution for corruption. |
