警察职业生涯管理的调查与分析

摘    要:警察的职业生涯管理一方面表现为个人规划意识不强、职业发展定位不明确,另一方面表现为公安机关及其领导对警察职业发展的管理机制缺位.针对这些问题,运用职业生涯相关理论,提出了警察职业生涯锚的构想以及在职业生涯发展中提供组织帮助的方法,实现警察个人发展与组织发展目标的协调与统一.

Abstract:Career management of the police,on the one hand,manifests a weak awareness of the personal planning and an unclear career development orientation;on the other hand,it shows that there is lack of the management and system of police career development.To solve these problems,we put forward the concept of the police career anchors and the ways of offering organizational help in career development so as to achieve the coordination of the personal and organizational development of the police by using the career-related theories.
