公安执法规范化是"依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家"的应有之义,是尊重公民人权、保障公民权利的必然要求,是提升执法公信力、维护执法形象的重要举措。但是,当前公安执法工作中还存在执法不公、执法随意等问题。因而,如何深入地推进执法规范化建设,探究加强执法规范化建设的有效途径,全面提升公安机关的执法公信力就成为一项重要的课题。

Exploring the Path of Law Enforcement Standardization and Enhancing the Credibility of Law Enforcement by Public Security Organs

The standardization of law enforcement by public security organs is the necessity of building a socialist country under the rule of law,the inevitable requirement of respecting human rights of citizens and an important measure to enhance the credibility of law enforcement and maintain the police image.However,there are lots of problems in the current execution of law enforcement.Thus,how to deeply promote the standardization of law enforcement and explore the effective way to enhance the credibility of law enforcement by public security organs becomes an important issue.
