职业经理人胜任特征研究的中外比较及启示

摘    要:对于胜任特征问题的研究源于西方心理学,将其引入我国之后,较好地适应了我国经济高速增长的需要。与国外30多年的研究成果相比,国内对于职业经理人胜任特征的研究和应用尚处于初始阶段,我国职业经理人队伍尚不成熟,职业经理人市场还处于萌芽状态,职业经理人市场评价还在探索,职业经理人规则还有待建立。面对中国加入WTO后的挑战,深入研究职业经理人胜任特征模型已成为迫切需要进一步研究的课题。

Abstract:The research of competency originated from western psychology.After its introduction to China,competency meets the needs of China's rapid economic growth well.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars started to become more concerned about professional managers' competency model studies.This paper does a further definition of competency and competency model,and professional manager and makes a comparative analysis of the study of professional managers' competency model by domestic and foreign scholars,and notes the deficiencies and the problems that needs further study of it.
