| Abstract: | The sixteenth national congress of the communist party ascertains the general requirement,basic path and main task to strengthen and improve the party's construction,theoretically and practically,answers the important problem of what the party is to construct and how to construct it,makes the great call to promote the new and great project of the party's construction,and has the historic contribution to the party's construction. |
