| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济的不断深化 ,经济结构、经济利益以及人们的价值观念也都发生了相应的变化 ,因各种利益矛盾引发的群体性治安事件也随之产生 ,并且呈愈演愈烈之势。许多群体性治安事件已发展成为冲击铁路拦车断道的严重治安事件。
