对当前修宪设想的若干建议

现行宪法在推进社会主义物质文明、政治文明和精神文明建设方面取得了重大成就。加快小康社会建设的进程,宪法建设必须与时俱进。为此,需要把"三个代表"重要思想,依法行政,司法体制改革,西部大开发的法律地位,社会诚信体系建设,公民受各层次教育权,自由迁徙权,为消除城乡差别建立最低限度的社会保障等关系到全面建设小康社会的重要内容写入宪法。

Some Suggestions on Revising Present Constitution

Current constitution has added to very great achievements in boosting the construction of the socialist material civilization,spiritual civilization and political civilization.In order to speed up the course of the entry into well to do society,current constitution need keep on going ahead with time.Therefore,it is necessary to add in those into constitution,which concerns the all sided construction of well to do society such as three representatives,administration according to law,the legal status of western exploitation,social credence system,etc.
