| 摘 要： | 当前收入分配领域中的突出问题是初次分配的不公和再分配的调节乏力。公平的利益协调机制的缺失直接引发并不断加剧了收入分配领域的诸多矛盾。创造分享增长的机会,让全体人民共享改革和发展的成果,是实现社会和谐的基础。

| Abstract: | The original distribution being unfair and the adjustment of redistribution being tired give prominent to current distribution fields.Lack of equal interests coordination system directly induces and aggravates many contradictions in the field of distribution.To create the chance of participating development and make the people sharing the production of reform and development is the foundation to construct society in harmony. |
