以学生为主体的英语教学新模式探析

新的课程标准提出学生是教学的主体,教师是课堂教学活动的策划者、组织者和指导者,因此,在教学中,教师需要抓住教材中所蕴含的创造性因素,激发学生的学习兴趣,创设既富有变化又能激发新奇感的学习情境,充分利用学生的好奇心,引导他们去研究问题,积极构建以学习者为中心的,以学生自主活动为基础的新型教学模式,推进教学活动由教向学的转变。

On the Student-centered English Teaching Mode

The new curriculum standards point out that students are the teaching subjects while teachers are the organizers and instructors of the classroom activities. Thus, in the process of teaching, teachers need to catch the creative elements contained in the materials to stimulate students＇ learning interest, to create the learning environment which is changeable and can stimulate the sense of wonder. In addition, teachers should take full advantage of the students＇ curiosity, guide them to study the problem, construct a learner-centered, student-independent activity-based new teaching modes and promote teaching and learning activities change from teach to learn. This article is starting from the practical significance of the concept ＂student-centered＂, proposes three different teaching modes in teaching practice, shows some problems in such teaching practice, and puts forward suggestions and solutions.
