| 摘 要： | 家族企业在我国企业中占据相当大的比重，对我国经济的发展起了举足轻重的作用。而家族企业中的非家族经理对企业成功和延续的作用又是不可忽略的。非家族经理的存在有其必要性，非家族经理相对于家族所有者对家族企业有着不同感知，为了充分发挥非家族经理的作用而对应非家族经理所采取的激励措施。

| Abstract: | Family firm occupies the quite great proportion in our country enterprises,which plays a pivotal role to our country economy development.And the function of the non-family manager can't be ignored for the family firm to success and continue.The article elaborates detailed the necessary of the existence of non-family manager,different sensation of non-family manager to the family owner and the stimulation measures adopted to play the non-family manager's role. |
