| Abstract: | Paying close attention to the interests of disadvantaged group is the requirement of establishing socialist harmony.Compared with other capital cities in China,Guiyang,has fallen behind in the economic and social development,and thus is faced with dual arduous duty to construct the socialism harmonious society as well as speed up the economic and social development.Therefore,safeguarding the interests of disadvantaged group has great significance to construct harmonious Guiyang. |
