| 摘 要： | 拘留类文书是公安机关对犯罪嫌疑人执行羁押的法律依据。拘留类文书包括《呈请拘留报告书》、《拘留证》、《拘留通知书》、《延长拘留期限通知书》。正确制作公安机关拘留类文书能提高公安机关办案质量、秉公执法,防止侵犯公民人身权利的事件发生,促进和谐社会建设、树立公安机关新形象。
