| 摘 要： | 法学教育是一种与实践紧密联系的教学。鉴于实际条件所限,学生和教师没有很多的时间和精力去参加真实的庭审现场,于是模拟法庭这种模拟法庭审判的教学方式应运而生。它对法学教学提供了新思路,提高了学生分析问题、解决问题的实际操作能力。

| Abstract: | Legal education is a kind of teaching related with practice tightly,in view of the actual conditions,students and teachers do not have a lot of time and energy to the real trial scene,then simulates this moot trial teaching methods,it provides a new idea for legal education,which enhances the students actual operation ability in analyzing the question,and solving the problem. |
