民法教学改革探讨--辩论走进课堂

摘    要:辩论式教学是一种尚在探索中的新的教学方法,这种教学方法打破了传统的以教师为主的教学模式,它是以学生为中心,充分发挥学生潜能,提高学生综合能力和素质的有效方法之一.本文就辩论式课题教学的基本方法和步骤、辩论式课题教学的优点及教师应注意的事项等方面作一点探讨,以期进一步推动民法教学改革的发展.

Abstract:Teaching civil law by debating is a new method, which is still under research. This method adopts a student-centered mode instead of the traditional teacher-centered one. It is one of the efficient ways for bringing students' potential into full play, and for improving students' overall ability and quality. This article discusses the basic method and the steps for topic-based teaching by debating, the advantages and aspects that the teacher should pay attention to in the actual practice, with a view to further pushing the development of teaching reform on civil law.
