| 摘 要： | 教育的竞争说到底就是人才的竞争。目前,教育特别是高等教育面临着市场经济的严峻挑战,把竞争机制引入高等教育,是教育改革的必然趋势。因此只有加快教育人才建设步伐,完善人才培养和流动机制,留住人才,吸引人才,才能在日趋激烈的人才争夺大战中立于不败之地。
