| Abstract: | The reform and development of media, after China's entry into WTO , creates a new space for criminal radiation. The reason for its rampancy lies in that the concept of economic orientation is being strengthened , the cultural rush is becoming more severe ,and effective norm check and system assurance are deficient in media operation. |
