| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着非公企业的迅速发展,非公党建模式得以不断创新,非公党建工作也逐渐成为党建工作和党建研究的热点.非公企业在党建工作的发展中,应当从本企业的实际出发,将园区规范化、行业统建、联建双赢和网络党建的四种模式有机结合,从而合成适合企业自身实际的党建工作新模式.
