| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国社会保险法》确立了我国社会保险体系的基本框架,并规定养老、医疗、失业保险随身转移,养老保险缴费不满十五年妥善解决,医疗保险和工伤保险基金先行支付。这是一部切实保障职工社会保险权益的根本大法,对工会组织更好地维护广大职工的合法权益提出了新的、更高的要求。在《社会保险法》贯彻实施中,工会组织要密切关注社会保险制度的建立和完善,在参与、履行和监督中,依法维护职工群众的合法权益。

| Abstract: | Social Insurance Law of the People’s Republic of China has established the basic structure of China’s social insurance system.It is a profound law of protecting employee’s right to social insurance.In the process of implementing the Social Insurance Law,trade union should pay attention to the improvement of social insurance system,and protect employee’s legal rights through participation,function and supervision. |
