| 摘 要： | 社会管理是一个相当有中国特色的概念。对当前"四位一体"的社会管理格局可作如下理解:四位一体是一种社会管理的总体格局;四位一体明确了各类主体在其中的地位和角色;从中国现实出发,应发挥党和政府在社会管理中的主导地位;四位一体格局中应大力加强社会组织的建设。

| Abstract: | Social administration is a concept with Chinese characteristics.The current "four in one" structure of social administration has clear status and characters of different actors.On the basis of Chinese reality,the Party and the government should play a leading role in social administration,and social organizations should be improved at the same time. |
