| 摘 要： | 法律方法是法律适用中所要应用的各种方法。法学教育中法律方法的培养应居于核心地位。法律方法在法学教育中的塑造不能简单化为一种法律知识的传授，而是应将法律方法、法律素质教育融于法律职业技能教育的全过程。

| Abstract: | Legal methods refer to the various ways in legal application. Legal methods training should be the core of legal education. The training of legal method in legal education can not be simplified into an impartation of legal knowledge, but should be the whole process of integrating legal method, legal quality education into legal vocational education. |
