“蚁族”法律越轨行为防控体系初探

"蚁族"大学生是继下岗工人、民工、农村留守儿童等群体后我国新出现的特定人群,在为城市发展做出贡献的同时,近年来频繁出现的"蚁族"大学生违法犯罪现象使其价值观念、生活方式等独特存在状况引起越来越多的社会关注。认真分析"蚁族"群体违法犯罪的诱导因素、特点,探索从政府宏观社会政策的完善与微观社会治安管理、刑事政策等视角构建体系化、人性化的"蚁族"违法犯罪防控体系,从而力求既能科学防控"蚁族"大学生走上违法犯罪道路,又能为其提供较好的就业、发展空间。

On the Prevention And Control System on ＂Ant Race＂＇s Illegal And Criminal Behavior

＂Ant Race＂ is the special group after laid-off workers,migrant workers,rural left children.As ＂Ant Race＂ do great contributions to city development,their ideas on value and living style draw great attention from society because of frequent illegal cases committed by college students.The inducing factors and characters are analyzed and systematic and humane prevention and control system against ＂Ant Race＂ illegal offences are explored to be built from the perspective of the improvement of government＇s macro social policy,micro social security administration and criminal policy.So we both prevent the crime of ＂Ant Race＂ college students and provide better space for their employment and development.
