杀人碎尸案件研究

杀人碎尸案件,是指在非法剥夺他人生命之后,又行分尸灭迹的特大案件。杀人碎尸案件犯罪嫌疑人在主观方面认为有分尸转移案发现场的必要性;在客观上存在分尸转移案发现场的可能性;在心理层面有分尸转移案发现场的不得已性。杀人碎尸案件侦查,大体有两种模式:从尸块——尸体——被害人身份认定——因果关系调查及临死前行踪调查——犯罪嫌疑人的模式;从抛尸现场——杀人碎尸案发现场——犯罪嫌疑人的模式。
