| 摘 要： | 公安文件(档案)的运动分为形成制作、现实使用、现行档案(暂时保存)、历史(非现行)档案四阶段。但其运动中也有中止、回流、跳跃、位移、增生等特殊现象。我们应当重视这些特殊现象,选择适宜的归档时间和保管方式,有效地开展档案管理。

| Abstract: | The movement of public security documentation (archive) is divided into four stages: formation and production, real application, current archive (temporarily reserved) and historical (not current) archive. But it also has special phenomenon of pause, returning, leaping, displacement and hyperplasia, etc. We should value this special phenomenon and choose the proper filing time and keeping means in order to effectively administer archives. |
